Audience: All users
Using BookItBoss
BookItBoss provides business-management, booking, communication, and AI-assisted services. Users must provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, respect other users, and follow the policies shown by each business. Platform availability and third-party provider services may occasionally be interrupted or limited.
BookItBoss Business Messaging
BookItBoss Business Messaging lets participating businesses send customer-requested replies and transactional messages about appointments, reservations, orders, memberships, events, rentals, payments, and support. A message identifies the business that sent it. Promotional messages are optional and require separate consent where applicable.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on customer activity and the communication settings of the business. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and support
Reply STOP to stop text messages from that business number. Reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in where supported. Reply HELP for help, or visit https://bookitboss.com/help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Third-party services
BookItBoss uses service providers for functions such as communications, hosting, AI assistance, and payment processing. Provider availability and terms may affect a feature. Payment-card credentials remain with the activated payment provider and must not be sent through ordinary text or AI conversations.
Account and business responsibilities
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their services, prices, schedules, policies, licenses, customer communications, and legal compliance. BookItBoss may suspend abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or unlawful use and may preserve records when required for security, disputes, or law.
