Yes — top-up packs are always available to paid plans.
Can I change plans?
Anytime, from your billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of the billing cycle.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly included credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Purchased top-up credits stay on your balance until used.
Are SMS, email, and voice included?
Included via the credit allowance. Actual delivery requires carrier approval, verified email sending, and voice activation.
Does BookItBoss charge a platform fee?
Free is 5%, Starter is 2.5%, Pro is 1.5%, Scale is 0.75%. Card-processing fees are separate.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from the billing page. You keep access until the end of the current cycle.
Is there an annual plan?
Annual pricing is displayed for comparison. Annual checkout activates once annual billing is approved.
When are payments and providers activated?
Payment, phone, email, voice, and calendar integrations activate after each connection is fully configured and QA-verified.
